I’m Jordan
I’m not your average wellness blogger. I’m a military veteran, trauma survivor, and late-diagnosed ADHDer with a master’s degree and a background in communications. I built the “perfect life” — then watched it collapse under the weight of masking, burnout, & misdiagnosis.
Focus in Flux is what came after: A raw, rebellious trauma-informed ADHD wellness brand built for people whose brains don’t play nice with traditional systems. I create research-backed content that blends tough love, actionable strategy, and unapologetic storytelling.
If you’ve been gaslit, burned out, or told you’re “too much” or you’re “not giving enough” — you’re not alone. You’re not lazy or failing. You’re a fucking force and I’m here to remind you who the hell you are.
